Enj 4.3.0 Release Notes
BISIL announces the release of Enj version 4.3.0. This version includes two new features namely, Document Matching and introduction of Web-service, besides useful enhancement in other modules.
The following new features haven been added to various modules of Enj:
Enj data can be accessed and used by multiple processes by defining a Database objects. One can set export parameters to create a data file. This file can be used for further processing by Enj as well as external applications. Advanced Collation in a process allows collating documents on filter conditions and can be set as a scheduled activity.
Enj can perform matching of two documents based on key values in records. The match can be a Hard match where Enj automatically collates two matched documents as one, or a Soft Match where user manually selects two unmatched documents and changes the appropriate values so that they match.
Enj Reports can be integrated with the process flow. Pre-defined reports can be run through the export activity in a process and can pick report parameters from the preceding activity.
DBO Export feature of Enj is now available over the Internet as a Web Service. One can define a Database Object to connect to Enj database and specify the format in which output data file is desired. Enj data is exported in the specified format as an XML document.
