This module enables the discounting of bills raised against customers for goods sold, tracking of transactions, making receipts and payments and finally terminating the transaction.
System provides support for various types of bills like normal bills, co-accepted bills, bills backed by Letter of Credit and any amendment made during the course of transaction.

2. Documents and Document Groups
A list of different documents that are required prior to, or for completion of any placement or mobilization transaction. These documents are grouped into document groups and can be classified as discretionary/ non-discretionary, pre/ post disbursement documents. A list of variables that are used by the company to do financial analysis of the prospective customer is maintained. This module faciliates defining formulae to do ratio analysis. Once formulae are defined and stored, system calculates the values automatically.
3. Brokers
A master list of brokers through whom the company may operate or mobilize ICDs.
4. Pre-configure accounting entries
In case of operational system integrated with accounting module, stage wise accounting entries can be made. Each set of entries carries a unique name and pre-configured accounting codes are used to pass GL entries.
